OKLAHOMA CITY--Los Angeles based ISIS Productions (ISIS) is currently in the final stages of pre-production/initial stages of filming RUNE, a large-scale independent psychological suspense thriller. Using primarily Oklahoma City locations, crew, and many local actors, award winning filmmakers S.E. Kenlon and Arayna Thomas are very excited to be bringing their production to the area. With special effects wizards Radium (radium.com) on board (credits include: “Spider Man 2”, “Lord of the Rings”, “Titanic”, and “The Fifth Element”), RUNE’s Sci-Fi element will boost the film’s production value to the 10th power.

Veterans of many international film festivals, including a screening at the prestigious Cannes Film Festival, Kenlon and Thomas’ current production has cast actor Bill Wise whose credits include many hit films by Richard Linklater including “Waking Life”, “SubUrbia”, “Dazed and Confused” and German actress Anna Bäumer imported from Berlin to play the leading part. RUNE is a smart fast paced thriller being realized in the noir tradition. With screenwriting mentor David Veloz (credits include: “Natural Born Killers”, “Behind Enemy Lines”) RUNE’s script is tight as a drum as the filmmakers commence transforming Oklahoma City into Europe and Mexico City.
